Description

This degree program equips students for careers as supervisors/team leaders in manufacturing by teaching leadership and communication skills, Lean Manufacturing practices, production scheduling, quality principles, managerial accounting and industrial safety.

Program Outcomes

Upon completion, students will be able to:

• Apply ethical leadership and management skills in personal and professional lives
• Create professionally written documents with a manufacturing management and leadership focus
• Demonstrate how Lean manufacturing systems are used to eliminate non-value adding activities/waste in industry
