Management - Banking and Finance Emphasis, A.A.S.


Graduation Credits Required: 66

Description

This program is designed for students interested in acquiring the skills necessary to succeed in the banking and finance industry. It prepares students for entry-level positions and increases knowledge and opportunities for currently employed banking and finance professionals. Students will concentrate on management, bank operations, credit and collections, and customer service. Some university transfer courses may be used to replace required courses for this degree. Students should see an advisor for more information.

  1. English 155/156 Options: Students may Substitute ENG 101  for ENG 155  and SPC 205  for ENG 156  
  2. Psychology 120: Students may substitute PSY 201  for PSY 120  .
  3. Elective program courses are to be selected from any non-required ACC, BAF, BUS, MGT, or MKT course or  ,  ,  , or   to fulfill this requirement. No class may be used as both a required course and elective simultaneously.
  4. Humanities Elective: Students may select HSS 105  for the humanities requirement or see the College Catalog for alternative selections.
  5. Students enrolled before Fall 2014 may substitute BUS 220  for MGT 260 .
