MAT 103 - Quantitative Reasoning Class Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credit Hours: 3
This course is designed to develop quantitative reasoning and critical thinking skills. Topics include logic and computers, probability and statistics, financial mathematics, and additional applications selected to address areas of contemporary interest.
Prerequisites: Satisfactory math placement score or MAT 102 with a grade of “C” or higher, or MAT 101 with a grade of A, and a satisfactory reading placement score or with a grade of “C” or higher or with a grade of “C” or higher.
